In an effort to maintain order, security, and comfort within the learning environment at Jakarta Business School (JBS), please take note of the following policies:

1. Classroom Closure After 5:00 PM (WIB)
   Effective June 12, 2025, all classrooms on the Jakarta Business School premises will be locked daily starting at 5:00 PM.
   Classrooms will only be reopened for:

   • Executive class offline lectures, or

   • Student activities that have received written approval from the Student Affairs Bureau.

2. Restricted Access to Faculty Rooms
   Starting from the same date, students are not permitted to enter faculty rooms without written permission from the authorized Vice Rector.

This policy is effective immediately and is intended to support the smooth operation of academic activities and maintain a conducive learning environment on campus.
