Dear Students,

We would like to inform all students of Jakarta Business School that, in accordance with the Foundation Decree No. 001/SK/YKLIS/III/2026, there has been an adjustment to the additional service fees for students who require services beyond the normal study period.

The additional fees apply to several academic services, including but not limited to:

• Course retake (joining ongoing classes)
• Course retake (opening a new class)
• Academic leave per semester
• Late proposal seminar (Sempro)
• Late thesis defense
• Study period extension (after Semester 8)
• Additional legalization of diploma and transcript

This policy is effective starting from the date of issuance.

We strongly encourage all students to carefully manage their study period and complete their academic requirements on time to avoid additional charges.
